Q:Are the product photos real?

A:Yes,All the photos displayed are 100% real.and photos are all taken by ourself.But maybe there are some color shading because of monitors.

Q:How do I pay for my purchase?

A:we accept the following payment methods: credit card; money booker, T/T;western union.

Q:When the delivery?

A:we will send your orders in 1-7 days(according to you order's quantity )after the payment.But in case of any hot products are temporarily out of stock,we will contact you asap to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.

Q:How much does it cost to ship to my country?

A:Package less than 2kg will be shipped by China Post Airmail.the item you would like to purchase weighs more than 2kg. You can place the orders separately, making sure each order weighs less than 2kg, to take advantage of free shipping. You can either choose another express carrier, can ship the package via Fedex/DHL/UPS for you package!

Q:Is there any tracking number for my item?

A:Yes, China Post Registered Air Mail,we ship every order with their tracking number and you can view the! but,China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus,it just can be tracked during in China.I mean it has no tracking information when it arrives your country.But please do not worry about it .You will receive the package normally. If you are worried about your product will be lost in transit, I suggest you choose China Post Registered Air Mail
